Nexus Network Official Rules

The following are the official rules for Nexus Network. By being in this server, you agree to follow them.  

🚨 General Rules
- Always follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Be respectful — Harassment, toxicity, bullying, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.  
- No discrimination, hate speech, or offensive jokes (including race, gender, sexuality, religion, etc.).  
- No NSFW content — This includes sexual, extreme violence, drugs, self-harm, or any inappropriate topics.  
- No excessive negativity, drama, or stirring up conflict — Keep the community positive.  
- Respect everyone’s identity — Do not make jokes or derogatory remarks about someone’s race, gender, or sexuality.  

📢 Chat & Communication  
- No spamming, excessive tagging, or flooding chat.  
- Do not unnecessarily ping staff — Only contact them for legitimate reasons.  
- No self-promotion or advertising (including other servers, social media, or links in DMs without permission).  
- No AI-generated, low-effort, or spam messages — Keep the conversation meaningful.  
- Use appropriate usernames, avatars, and statuses — Nothing offensive, explicit, or impersonating others.  
- No impersonation of staff or other users — Pretending to be someone else will result in a ban.  
- Respect all channels — Use each channel for its intended purpose.  

🛡️ Security & Safety  
- Do not share personal information (yours or others') — This includes addresses, phone numbers, or private details.  
- No scamming, phishing, or posting malicious links — This will result in an immediate ban.  
- No threats of DDoS, DoX, hacking, raiding, or other malicious activities — These will be taken seriously.  
- No using alt accounts to bypass bans, mutes, or other restrictions — All accounts will be punished.  
- Do not encourage rule-breaking — Even if you don’t break the rule directly, influencing others to do so is punishable.  

⚔️ Gameplay & Server Conduct  
- No cheating, hacking, or exploiting — This includes X-ray, auto-clickers, or unfair modifications.  
- Respect all players — Griefing, stealing, and harassment are not allowed unless permitted in a specific game mode.  
- No abusing game mechanics or glitches — Report any exploits to staff instead of using them.  
- Follow the server’s in-game rules — Breaking them will lead to in-game and Discord punishments.  

⚖️ Punishments & Enforcement  
- Staff decisions are final — Arguing about punishments will not change them.  
- No punishment evasion — Bypassing bans, mutes, or kicks will result in stricter action.  
- Breaking rules will result in consequences — Punishments may include warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans.  
- If you believe a punishment was unfair, appeal through the proper channels instead of arguing in chat.
